FAQ

Frequently asked questions about shipping and returns, certificates of authenticity, accepted payments, and more.

Artwork Purchase

Acquiring an original artwork is a unique experience. It is why all artwork purchases are made through direct contact via email, and not through an automated platform. This contact allows for important details to be discussed, and for specific questions to be answered, directly by the artist.

As original artworks come from a limited production, all purchases are final, and no returns are accepted. The artist retains all intellectual property rights to their work. By completing a purchase, you also agree to these terms.

Shipping Policy

Shipping and duties are the responsability of the collector. Local pickups can be arranged directly at the studio for Montreal based collectors. As to limit the strain new packaging materials put on the environment, clean, recycled materials are used whenever possible.

As artwork sizes and weight vary greatly and affect shipping costs, buyers are encouraged to send a shipping inquiry specific to the desired artwork. As to ensure the safe delivery of purchased artworks, all parcels are sent with delivery confirmation. Artworks are thoroughtly protected during shipments. However, if damages were sustained during transport, please directly contact the artist within 5 days of reception of the shipment, wether through the contact form, or following previous email exchanges.

Certificate of Authenticity

Every purchased artwork comes with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity, unless otherwise stated in the artwork description.

Accepted Payments

Payments are usually completed through a stripe link sent by the artist. Every purchase comes with its receipt.

American Express cards are not accepted at this time.

Detail Images
